International Surfing Association (ISA)

The International Surfing Association (www.isasurf.org) is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the world governing authority for the sport of surfing. ISA Coaching and Instructing Program (CIP) creates the proper development pathway for surf / SUP coaches and is the international industry standard. 

Singapore Youth Paddle Academy provides coaching and training for instructors on SUP and water safety in conjunction with the International Surfing Association (ISA) Coaching and development programs.  If you wish to obtain a proven scientific and experienced approach to coaching and instructing, feel free to contact us. 

In order to gain recognition from Sports Singapore (www.sportsingapore.gov.sg) and membership with National Registry of Coaches (NROC) as a Standup Paddle instructor, you need to be deemed competent and certified by ISA.
